Terms & conditions

These terms are an agreement between NOETIC LABORATORIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62012TN2025OPC186728), Pandian Nagar, East Coast Road, Vettuvankeni, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600115, India (“we”, “us”), and the firm that subscribes to AgniDesk (“the firm”), including the people the firm invites. By signing up, paying or using AgniDesk the firm accepts them.

The service

AgniDesk is online software that helps a practice keep customers, due dates, returns, documents, billing and credentials in one place. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Due dates, calculators and GST figures are provided to help; the firm remains responsible for checking them against the law and the government portals. Where the firm connects a government portal, AgniDesk acts only on the firm's instruction and with the taxpayer's consent (such as an OTP), and the firm remains responsible for what is filed.

Accounts

• The firm is responsible for who it gives access to and for keeping sign-in details private.
• Do not use AgniDesk for anything unlawful, or to hold data the firm has no right to hold.

The firm's data

The firm owns its records. We process them only to run AgniDesk for the firm, as described in Data processing and our privacy policy. The firm can export them at any time.

Prices and payment

• Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period, usually a year, at the prices on our pricing page and shown again before payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies.
• Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with Cashfree and are never seen or stored by us.
• Access starts when the payment is confirmed. Renewals are never charged automatically; the firm renews from its Billing page.
• A receipt, or a tax invoice where GST applies, is issued for every payment.
• When access lapses the workspace becomes read-only until it is renewed; records are not deleted because a renewal is late.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are covered by our refund & cancellation policy, and delivery of the service by our shipping & delivery policy. Both form part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AgniDesk available and to fix problems quickly, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell firms before a change that takes something away, and before a price change applies to their next renewal.

Liability

AgniDesk is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the firm paid us for the subscription period in which the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or penalties and interest arising from returns, payments or filings.

Ending

A firm can stop using AgniDesk at any time, export its data and ask us to delete it. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after telling the firm where we reasonably can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
