Shipping & delivery

AgniDesk is online software provided by NOETIC LABORATORIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. There are no physical goods: nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

How the service is delivered

• New sign-up. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your workspace is created and activated, and an invitation is emailed to the owner — usually immediately, and at most within a few minutes.
• Renewal. A renewal paid from the Billing page extends access as soon as the payment is confirmed; the new end date is shown on the Billing page.
• Receipt. A receipt (a tax invoice when GST applies) is issued for every payment and emailed to the firm.

The service is used in your web browser; there is nothing to install.

If you have not received access

If your payment went through but no invitation arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to contact@agnidesk.com or call +91 99949 08702 with your firm's name and the payment reference. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, the payment is refunded in full as described in our refund policy.
